| Mattyas  was born on the 14th May in Bucharest, Romania.He studied at the 
Music School, piano and trumpet and after his graduation he attended vocal 
lessons. Immediatelly after, he created his own pop band, with him as the 
leading singer. At  that time, he worked with famous producers.In June 2010 
under the guidance of his manager, Aris kalimeris, he changes his music 
style. In July 2010 he releases his first single “secret love” with Heaven music 
                              Greece, one of the biggest record labels in Greece, part of the Antenna 
                              Group. “Secret love” is a pop/house song and it is a collaboration with the 
                              Greek female artist Kristina S (a.k.a Kristina Salti). Kristina S also 
                              started her music carrer with this song along with Mattyas.
 The song became one of the biggest smash summer hits in Greece remaining 
                              more than two months No.1. Also entrered European and USA charts, radios and 
                              televisions and made Mattyas well known in many European countries.
 As a result of this huge success, Mattyas was invited to performe to the New 
                              year’s eve television show of the Greek X-factor performing his second 
                              single titled “missing you” which was released in November 2010.
 “Missing you” also became a huge hit in Greece entering the top 20 Greek 
                              airplay charts while in his country entered the top 10 charts.
 Mattyas is also the only Romanian artist that both his singles, “secret love 
                              and missing you” , were simultanously in the Greek top 20. 
                              In May 2011 his video clip of “secret love” was nominated for Best duet in 
                              the Greek Mad video music awards making him also the only Romanian artist to 
                              be nominated to the annual Greek awards, one of the biggest music events in 
                              Greece.
